Return and Refund Policy
Effective Date: 4 August 2026
This Return and Refund Policy applies to the downloadable digital books sold through this online store operated by Dr. Karim Samir.
1. Digital Product Delivery
All products sold through this store are digital books delivered electronically in PDF format.
No physical product is shipped. After successful payment, the customer receives access to the purchased file through the download page and/or the email address provided during checkout.
2. General Refund Principle
Because digital products may be delivered, accessed and downloaded immediately after payment, purchases are generally considered final once the digital file has been successfully made available to the customer.
However, refund requests will be reviewed fairly in the circumstances described below and in accordance with any mandatory rights available under applicable law.
3. Circumstances Eligible for Review
A refund, replacement file or other appropriate solution may be offered where:
• The customer was charged more than once for the same order.
• Payment was completed but the purchased file was not delivered or made accessible.
• The downloaded file is corrupted, incomplete or cannot be opened after reasonable troubleshooting.
• The customer received a different product from the one ordered.
• A technical problem caused by the store or delivery platform cannot be resolved within a reasonable period.
• A refund is required under applicable consumer-protection law.
The store operator may first attempt to resolve a technical problem by providing assistance, a replacement download link or a replacement file.
4. Circumstances Normally Not Eligible for Refund
A refund will normally not be provided where:
• The customer changed their mind after the file became available.
• The customer purchased the wrong language edition without reviewing the product title and description.
• The customer’s device, software or PDF reader is incompatible with standard PDF files.
• The customer no longer wants or needs the book after purchase.
• The customer did not read the product description before purchasing.
• The customer expected content, features or services that were not included in the product description.
• The customer has already downloaded, copied, shared or substantially used the digital product, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
5. How to Request a Refund or Technical Review
To request assistance or a refund review, the customer should contact the store operator through the Contact Us page and provide:
• The name and email address used for the purchase.
• The order date.
• The title of the purchased book.
• A clear description of the problem.
• Any relevant screenshot or supporting information.
Customers are encouraged to contact the store promptly, preferably within seven days of discovering the problem, so that the order and technical records can be reviewed efficiently.
This suggested period does not limit any mandatory right provided by applicable law.
6. Review Process
Each request will be reviewed individually.
The store operator may request reasonable additional information to verify the order, identify the technical problem or prevent fraud and misuse.
Where the issue can be resolved through technical support or replacement delivery, that solution may be offered before a refund.
7. Approved Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will normally be processed through the original payment method where technically available.
The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the customer’s account depends on the payment provider, card issuer and bank.
The store operator cannot guarantee the processing time of third-party payment institutions after the refund has been submitted.
8. Access After Refund
Once an order has been refunded or cancelled, the customer’s right to access, download or use the digital product ends.
The customer must delete any downloaded copies and must not continue to use, share, distribute or reproduce the product.
9. Fraudulent or Abusive Requests
Refund requests may be refused where there is reasonable evidence of:
• Fraud or unauthorised payment.
• False or misleading information.
• Repeated abuse of refund procedures.
• Unauthorised sharing, copying, resale or distribution of the product.
• A violation of the Terms and Conditions.
Nothing in this section removes any right that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers are requested to contact the store operator before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so that the issue can be investigated and resolved where possible.
The store operator may submit order records, delivery records and relevant communications when responding to an unauthorised or incorrect payment dispute.
11. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Policy limits or excludes any consumer right that cannot legally be limited or excluded under the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt or any other mandatory law that applies to the transaction.
12. Contact
Questions or refund requests may be submitted through the Contact Us page of this store.
