Oh Hi There! Welcome.

My name is Gloria Chan and I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree with minor in Psychology from University of Waterloo. However, it has always been my passion to teach and educate children so I am currently a Registered Early Childhood Educator. I have more than 5 years of teaching experience in childcare centres from toddlers to kindergarten with expertise in PreK and Kindergarten.

I enjoy creating resources and teaching materials for children so I began GC Little Geniuses shop in 2023. I believe that children learn best when they are in their early stages of life through playing, having fun, and exploring on their own. It is my job as an educator to provide creative opportunities with enriching materials so each child can learn, explore, and engage in the activity at their own pace. I also encourage problem-solving, interactive, cooperative learning experiences, and fine motor skills.
