After more than 18 years working in hotel sales, I have seen first-hand how overwhelming the role can feel.

Throughout my career, I have worked with internationally recognised hotel brands as well as independent hotels, helping sales teams build stronger relationships, improve organisation and deliver commercial results. One thing I have learned is that success in hotel sales isn't about working harder, it's about having the right systems, structure and habits in place.
