DIGITAL PRODUCT POLICY

Last Updated: August 9, 2026

This policy applies to digital products sold by IAmStephCreates.

DIGITAL DELIVERY

Digital products are delivered electronically. No physical item will be shipped for listings identified as digital products.

Customers should carefully read the product description before purchasing to understand what files or content are included.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Before purchasing, customers are responsible for confirming that the product is compatible with their intended software, equipment, printer, cutting machine, or other technology.

Unless specifically stated in the listing, the purchase does not include software, fonts, hardware, printing services, physical merchandise, or technical training.

COLORS & PRINT QUALITY

Colors may vary between computer monitors, mobile devices, printers, inks, papers, substrates, and other materials.

IAmStephCreates cannot guarantee that a customer's printed colors will exactly match the colors displayed on screen.

FILE ACCESS

Customers are responsible for downloading and safely storing purchased files.

Where available, customers should maintain their own backup copies after downloading.

SHARING & REDISTRIBUTION

Unless expressly permitted by the license accompanying a product, purchased digital files may not be:

• Shared with friends, family, groups, or other businesses
• Resold as digital downloads
• Redistributed for free
• Uploaded to file-sharing websites or groups
• Included in digital bundles for resale
• Claimed as your own original digital artwork
• Used to create competing digital download products

Your purchase grants only the usage rights stated in the applicable product listing or license.

REFUNDS

Because digital products cannot practically be returned after access has been supplied, digital purchases are generally final, subject to applicable law.

If a file is defective, corrupted, or materially different from the purchased listing, please contact us for assistance.
