This Shipping Policy applies to physical products purchased from IAmStephCreates.

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders require processing before shipment.

Estimated processing times will be displayed in the applicable product listing whenever possible. Custom, personalized, handmade, or print-on-demand products may require additional production time.

Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.

SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, high-volume periods, incorrect addresses, customs, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

TRACKING

When tracking is available, tracking information may be provided after your order ships.

Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after a shipping label is created.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

Please contact us immediately if you discover an address error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered production or fulfillment.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.

CUSTOM & PRINT-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTS

Some products may be produced and shipped by third-party production or print-on-demand partners.

If you purchase multiple products, your order may arrive in separate packages when products are fulfilled from different facilities.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

If international shipping is offered, customers may be responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage charges, or similar fees unless checkout expressly states that those amounts have already been collected.

Customs processing can also cause additional delivery delays.

LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us with your order information.

For damaged merchandise, please retain the item and packaging and provide clear photographs so we can investigate the issue.

DELIVERY

Carrier tracking indicating delivery may be used as evidence that an order was delivered to the shipping address supplied during checkout, subject to applicable consumer protections.
