Welcome to IAmStephCreates. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our store and your purchase of digital and physical products.
By accessing our store or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. PRODUCTS
IAmStephCreates may offer digital and physical products, including but not limited to:
- Digital artwork and graphics
- Templates
- Printable designs
- Digital downloads
- Prompts and guides
- Sublimation and crafting designs
- Custom digital products
- Apparel and accessories
- Tumblers and drinkware
- Printed merchandise
- Personalized products
- Print-on-demand products
- Other creative merchandise
Product availability, pricing, descriptions, and designs may change without notice.
2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital products are delivered electronically and no physical item will be shipped unless the product listing specifically states otherwise.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have compatible software, equipment, and technical knowledge necessary to use purchased files.
Because digital products can generally be accessed or downloaded immediately, digital purchases are normally considered final once access has been provided, subject to applicable law.
3. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Physical products will be shipped to the address supplied during checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or delivery problems resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.
Some products may be manufactured or shipped by third-party production or fulfillment partners.
4. CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS
Customers are responsible for providing correct spelling, names, photographs, colors, sizes, dates, and other personalization information.
Once production has begun, personalized or custom orders generally cannot be changed or canceled.
Colors displayed on screens may vary slightly from the finished physical product because of differences in screens, printers, materials, inks, and production methods.
5. PAYMENT
Full payment is required at checkout unless another arrangement is expressly provided.
Payments are processed through the payment options made available through our selling platform and payment providers.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless a product listing or separate license expressly states otherwise, all original designs, graphics, files, photographs, written materials, branding, product images, and other original content created by IAmStephCreates remain the intellectual property of their respective owner.
Purchasing a product does not automatically transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying design.
Digital files may not be resold, redistributed, shared, uploaded to file-sharing platforms, or represented as your own original digital files unless the applicable product license expressly permits that use.
7. PROHIBITED USE
You may not use our products or store for unlawful purposes.
You may not fraudulently obtain products, abuse download systems, improperly distribute protected files, or knowingly violate an applicable product license.
8. REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Refunds, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy and applicable law.
Please review the relevant product description and Refund Policy before purchasing.
9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our store may rely on third-party services for payment processing, hosting, manufacturing, shipping, fulfillment, or other business operations.
We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control, although we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with order-related issues when appropriate.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IAmStephCreates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use our products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
