About Me
I’m Jamie. I run Jamie’s Running, a global community built around the idea that you don’t need to be exceptional to get stronger, just consistent.
I started running seriously in 2020, alongside a demanding career and a young family, and began sharing the journey online. In that first year I ran seventy half marathons and an ultramarathon to raise money for CALM, the Campaign Against Living Miserably. What began as one project became a way of life.
A few years later, I built Project41, a twelve-week experiment combining marathon training with progressive strength work, better nutrition, and proper recovery. I wanted to find out whether I could become a stronger runner without giving up the miles that mattered to me. The Stronger Runner Framework is the story of what happened.
I train early mornings, before work and before my three children are up, because that’s the only way training and everyday life actually fit together. Everything I share, here and on social media, comes from what I’ve actually done, not what I think sounds good.
