Become a stronger runner. One decision at a time.

Practical strength programmes for runners, built around your goals, your equipment and your running.

About Me

I’m Jamie. Founder of Jamie’s Running, a global community of over 410,000 people built around the idea that you don’t need to be exceptional to get stronger, just consistent.

I started running seriously in 2020, alongside a demanding career and a young family, and began sharing the journey online. In that first year I ran seventy half marathons and an ultramarathon to raise money for CALM, the Campaign Against Living Miserably, following the loss of one of my best friends to suicide. What began as one project became a way of life.

A few years later, I built Project41, a twelve-week experiment combining marathon training with progressive strength work, better nutrition, and proper recovery. I wanted to find out whether I could become a stronger runner without giving up the miles that mattered to me.

The Stronger Runner Framework is the story of what happened.

That experience has since grown into The Stronger Runner Collection: the Framework that explains the principles behind the approach, alongside practical strength programmes for different ways of training, from no equipment and kettlebells to a full gym.

I train early mornings, before work and before my three children are up, because that’s the only way training and everyday life actually fit together. Everything I share, here and on social media, comes from what I’ve actually done, not what I think sounds good.
