I’m Jessica Fonteneau, the Eczema and Gut Nutrition Expert. I’ve worked with hundreds of clients to help them change their diets as they seek relief and knowledge on how to better manage their flares.

My vocation is to help those with eczema and gut issues, because I have suffered with atopic eczema and digestive issues since I was 6 months old, I truly know what it is like to suffer from these debilitating conditions. I am so invested in helping people who suffer with the same conditions, that my MSc thesis was entitled 'Examine how nutrition can be used as a complementary tool for the support of chronic atopic eczema/dermatitis'. 

That’s why I developed the Eczema Relief Programme and the Gut Restore Programme, four-stage journeys that help adults find the nutrition that works best for them so that they can find relief, take back control and lead their lives without eczema or digestive issues always being the limiting factor.   

Every client I have ever worked with has their own triggers and ideal nutrition. There is no such thing as ‘one-size-fits-all’. Whether you work with me one-to-one, or use my guided tools, my objective is to help you uncover what works best for you, so that you take back control and experience relief. 

My guided programmes are only suitable for adults as children have very specific nutrition requirements. I do, however, work with many child clients as part of my clinic. I also offer a free community for adults caring for children with eczema and digestive symptoms, feel free to come and join us and get some well-deserved support. 

I also have advanced practitioner training and qualifications in: 

• Nutrition in oncology in an integrative team setting.
