About Jill

Hi, I’m Jill! I’m a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, with specialist training in women’s health, pre- and post-natal exercise, and perimenopause/menopause. I spent 8 years running a ballet school in Melbourne before moving to New Zealand with my family and shifting my focus to helping women feel strong and confident through fitness. I’m also a dance fitness instructor, CrossFit coach, and group fitness coach, so I bring a variety of training styles to help you build strength, mobility, and energy that fits your life. I know what it’s like to feel frustrated with your body — and I’m here to make sure you never have to do it alone.

12 week Workout Program Blocks

💪 Ready to build strength, consistency, and confidence — all from home?

We start each 12-week block with the 28-Day Dumbbell Challenge, where we’ll all train together, stay accountable, and set the foundation for real strength.

After the first 4 weeks, we repeat and refine until our next block starts in April but you can jump in at any time — because progress comes from showing up and doing the work, not starting over every time.

👉 Here’s what’s included:

  • 5 x 20-minute video workouts each week (follow-along, progressive over 4 weeks)
  • Weekly Bonus: Stretch & Recovery class (live session)
  • Optional “Finishers” – short mini-workouts to add an extra push
  • Coaching, community, and guidance to help you stay consistent and confident

You don't need heavy dumbbells. Most of our community use 2-7kg. We’ll cover easy ways to make workouts harder so you can keep progressing. Just start with what you’ve got.
