Strong & Thriving is a structured at-home strength & fitness training program for women over 40 who want to take back control of their bodies and build real strength — without guesswork. Based around 12 week training blocks of progressive workouts, coaching support, and accountability, you'll build confidence and consistency that lasts.

12 week Workout Program Blocks

Progressive 12-week strength programming so you always know exactly what to do. The next block starts April 27.

We begin each block with the 28 Day Dumbbell Challenge as a group-focused intensive to build consistency, confidence, and strong foundations. This is where I will be particularly active in the group to answer questions and to make sure we have the movements and foundations right from the start.


Deciding ahead of time:

Don't think you can do 5x 20 minute workouts each week? That's fine, deciding ahead of time is one of the principles of Strong & Thriving. Decide how many workouts you plan on doing for the week, and any extras you get in are a bonus. The idea is to start where you are and make it work with your life.


The April 12 Week Workout Themes are:

All you need is a set of dumbbells (most members use 2–7kg) and a plan that fits your life — whether you train 2, 3, or 5 days a week.

About Jill

Hi, I’m Jill! I’m a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, with specialist training in women’s health, pre- and post-natal exercise, and perimenopause/menopause. I spent 8 years running a ballet school in Melbourne before moving to New Zealand with my family and shifting my focus to helping women feel strong and confident through fitness. I’m also a dance fitness instructor, CrossFit coach, and group fitness coach, so I bring a variety of training styles to help you build strength, mobility, and energy that fits your life. I know what it’s like to feel frustrated with your body — and I’m here to make sure you never have to do it alone.
