Before we start, you’ll complete a detailed intake form so I can understand your goals, habits, lifestyle, and challenges. Then we’ll jump on a 30-minute consultation call to review your form and set your first nutrition and workout targets.
Based on your intake and consultation, you’ll get:

Each week, you’ll fill out a quick Google Form to track your workouts, nutrition, wins, and challenges. I’ll review your responses and provide personalized feedback and revisions to keep you progressing.
Every month, we’ll have a short 20-minute call to celebrate progress, tweak your plan if needed, and set goals for the next month. This keeps your momentum going and ensures your plan evolves as you do.
Q: How do I book my consultation or coaching calls?

Hi, I’m Jill! I’m a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, with specialist training in women’s health, pre- and post-natal exercise, and perimenopause/menopause. I spent 8 years running a ballet school in Melbourne before moving to New Zealand with my family and shifting my focus to helping women feel strong and confident through fitness. I’m also a dance fitness instructor, CrossFit coach, and group fitness coach, so I bring a variety of training styles to help you build strength, mobility, and energy that fits your life.
