About Jill
Hi, I’m Jill! I’m a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, with specialist training in women’s health, pre- and post-natal exercise, and perimenopause/menopause. I spent 8 years running a ballet school in Melbourne before moving to New Zealand with my family and shifting my focus to helping women feel strong and confident through fitness. I’m also a dance fitness instructor, CrossFit coach, and group fitness coach, so I bring a variety of training styles to help you build strength, mobility, and energy that fits your life. I know what it’s like to feel frustrated with your body — and I’m here to make sure you never have to do it alone. We've got this!
