We begin each block with the 28 Day Dumbbell Challenge as a group-focused intensive to build consistency, confidence, and strong foundations. This is where I will be particularly active in the group to answer questions and to make sure we have the movements and foundations right from the start.
Deciding ahead of time:
Don't think you can do 5x 20 minute workouts each week? That's fine, deciding ahead of time is one of the principles of Strong & Thriving. Decide how many workouts you plan on doing for the week, and any extras you get in are a bonus. The idea is to start where you are and make it work with your life.
