Your Kitchen Renovation Companion is a downloadable digital product provided by Kitchen Reno Companion.

Because purchasers receive immediate access to the digital guide, all sales are generally final once the download link has been delivered. Please review the product description carefully and contact us with any questions before purchasing.

We will consider a refund or replacement when:

• You were charged more than once for the same purchase.

• The file is damaged or materially defective and we cannot provide a working replacement.

• A technical problem prevents you from accessing the product and we cannot resolve it after reasonable troubleshooting.

• A refund is required under applicable consumer-protection law.

A change of mind, failure to read the product description, or deciding that the guide is no longer needed will not normally qualify for a refund after access to the digital product has been provided.

If you experience a problem, contact KitchenRenoSupport@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase. Include the name and email address used for the order, your order number if available, and a description of the problem. Please do not include credit-card or banking information.

We want every legitimate delivery or technical problem resolved fairly and will make reasonable efforts to help you access the product you purchased.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
