This Digital Product Licence applies to digital products purchased from Kiwi Work Toolkit.

By purchasing, downloading or using a Kiwi Work Toolkit digital product, you agree to the following licence conditions.

1. Licence Granted

Your purchase gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased Kiwi Work Toolkit resources for your own personal, professional or internal workplace/business use.

Ownership of the underlying intellectual property is not transferred to you.

2. What You May Do

You may:

• Download and store the purchased files for your own use.

• Edit and customise templates for your own workplace or organisation.

• Enter your own workplace information into the templates.

• Print reasonable copies for your own internal use.

• Use completed or customised versions of the tools as part of your normal internal management, leadership, operations or project-management activities.

3. What You May Not Do

You must not:

• Resell the original or modified files.

• Upload the files to another website, marketplace, shared drive or public download service for distribution.

• Share or distribute the purchased files to unrelated individuals, businesses or organisations.

• Repackage the resources and sell them as your own product.

• Use the resources to create a competing template or digital-product bundle for resale.

• Remove Kiwi Work Toolkit branding or copyright information for the purpose of claiming ownership of the original product.

• Give away the original files as a free product, bonus, lead magnet or promotional download.

4. Internal Workplace Use

A purchaser may customise and use the resources within their own workplace or organisation for legitimate internal operational purposes.

This does not permit redistribution of the original editable files outside that organisation.

If you require broader commercial, multi-business or redistribution rights, contact Kiwi Work Toolkit before using the resources in that way.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Kiwi Work Toolkit retains all applicable intellectual property rights in the original templates, spreadsheets, guides, branding, written content and other resources supplied as part of the product.

6. No Transfer of Licence

This licence cannot be sold, assigned or transferred to another person or organisation without written permission from Kiwi Work Toolkit.

7. Termination

Your licence may be terminated if you materially breach these conditions.

Termination does not affect any rights or remedies available in relation to unauthorised copying, resale or distribution.
