Welcome to Kiwi Work Toolkit. These Terms & Conditions apply to the purchase and use of digital products sold through Kiwi Work Toolkit.
1. Digital Products
Kiwi Work Toolkit provides downloadable digital resources, including workplace templates, spreadsheets, guides, management tools and related resources.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, no physical product will be shipped.
2. Licence and Permitted Use
When you purchase a Kiwi Work Toolkit product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased resources for your own personal or internal business/workplace use.
You may customise the resources for your own use.
You must not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, reproduce for commercial resale, or make the original files available to third parties unless you have written permission from Kiwi Work Toolkit.
Purchase does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property contained in the product.
3. Digital Delivery
Products are delivered electronically following successful payment.
Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and having compatible software or equipment required to access the files.

4. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed at checkout and may be changed at any time for future purchases.
Payment is processed through the payment methods made available through our online storefront and payment providers.
5. Refunds and Remedies
Because our products are supplied digitally, change-of-mind refunds are not generally offered once digital content has been supplied or accessed.
However, nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies you may have under applicable New Zealand law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where it applies.
If a file is faulty, materially different from its description, corrupted, or cannot reasonably be accessed, please contact kiwiworktoolkit@gmail.com so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy where required.
6. General Information Disclaimer
Kiwi Work Toolkit resources provide general workplace, operations, leadership and project-management information and tools.
They do not constitute legal, financial, accounting, employment, health and safety, HR, or other professional advice.
Users are responsible for adapting the resources to their organisation, circumstances and applicable legal requirements and for obtaining professional advice where appropriate.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content, branding, templates, documents, spreadsheets and other resources supplied by Kiwi Work Toolkit remain the intellectual property of Kiwi Work Toolkit or the applicable rights holder.
Unauthorised copying, resale, redistribution or commercial reproduction is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Kiwi Work Toolkit is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of, or reliance on, our digital resources.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Privacy
Information collected through purchases, customer enquiries and use of our store will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable New Zealand privacy law.
Payment information may also be processed by third-party payment providers and storefront providers under their respective privacy terms.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will apply to future purchases from the date they are published.
