My name is Sue Blackhall. I am a chef who lives in Liverpool U.K. I started on TikTok last year and I talk about life, menopause and nutrition. I like to have a laugh and try to look on the bright side of things.
However, as a 55 year old woman who is experiencing the 'delights' of menopause I like to chat openly about the subject. I talk about what it does to women's bodies from weight gain to hot flashes and night sweats! Also, I talk about the mental side of things such as becoming emotional and angry, especially at the people you love!
Therefore, the purpose of my store will be here to help menopausal women. It will contain digital products such as ebooks, courses, planners and diary's.
