Payment Plan Policy

Effective Date: 30 June 2026

At Mini Minds, we understand that families may prefer to spread the cost of services and programs. This Payment Plan Policy explains how our instalment options work.

1. Availability of Payment Plans

Payment plans may be offered for selected services, programs, workshops, or packages at the discretion of Mini Minds.

Payment plans must be agreed to in writing before services commence.

2. How Payment Plans Work

When you choose a payment plan:

• A total amount will be divided into agreed instalments.
• Payment dates and amounts will be confirmed at the time of booking.
• Services may begin once the first payment (or deposit) has been received.

3. Payment Terms

• All payments must be made on or before the agreed due dates.
• Payments are made in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
• It is the client’s responsibility to ensure payments are made on time.

4. Missed or Late Payments

If a payment is missed:

• A reminder may be sent requesting immediate payment.
• Services may be paused until the account is up to date.
• Continued non-payment may result in cancellation of services.
• Any outstanding balance will remain payable.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Payment plan instalments are non-refundable for services already provided or accessed.
• If you cancel your booking, any outstanding balance may still be payable depending on the stage of service delivery.
• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy and New Zealand Consumer Law.

6. Early Payments

Clients are welcome to pay off their payment plan early at any time with no penalty.

7. Changes to Payment Plans

Mini Minds reserves the right to review and adjust payment plan options in future. Any changes will not affect existing agreed plans.

8. Consumer Guarantees Act (New Zealand)

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable New Zealand legislation.
