Refund Policy

At Mini Minds, we are committed to providing high-quality, evidence-informed services and digital resources for families. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a booking or purchase.
1. Services (1:1 Sessions, Coaching, and Workshops)
We understand that life with children can be unpredictable. Our refund and cancellation guidelines are:
- Cancellations with 24+ hours’ notice: You may reschedule your session or request a credit for a future session.
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice): Sessions may be charged in full and are generally not refundable.
- No-shows: If you do not attend your scheduled session, the full fee will be charged.
- Exceptional circumstances: We may, at our discretion, offer a reschedule or partial refund in cases such as illness or emergencies.
2. Payment Plans
If you are on a payment plan:
- All instalments remain payable once the service has been booked and commenced.
- Services may be paused if payments are missed until the account is brought up to date.
- Refunds will not be provided for services already delivered or accessed.
3. Digital Products (Downloads, Courses, and Resources)
Due to the nature of digital products:
- All digital downloads and online resources are non-refundable once purchased.
- This includes worksheets, guides, templates, and online courses.
- If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will help resolve it.
4. Workshops and Events
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before a workshop may be eligible for a refund or credit.
- Cancellations within 7 days of the event are generally non-refundable.
- If Mini Minds cancels or reschedules a workshop, you will be offered a transfer to a new date or a full refund.
5. Consumer Guarantees Act (New Zealand)
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable New Zealand consumer law.
If a service or product is faulty, not as described, or does not meet reasonable expectations, you may be entitled to a remedy such as a refund, replacement, or re-performance of the service.
