By booking a service or purchasing a product from Mini Minds, you agree to the following:

Payment is required before services are provided unless a payment plan has been agreed.

Please provide at least 12 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur the full session fee.

Digital products and resources are for personal use only and must not be copied, shared, or resold.

Mini Minds provides educational support, parent coaching, and play-based, evidence-informed guidance. We do not diagnose, treat, or replace medical, psychological, or allied health services.

Outcomes vary for each child, and specific results cannot be guaranteed.
