Mouritz was established in 1995 for the purpose of publishing out of print material on the F. M. Alexander Technique. It has since expanded to also publish new material on the Alexander Technique. Direction journal ceased trading some years ago and Mouritz has recently acquired its back catalogue. PDFs versions are available here. Other Mouritz journals and books are available at mouritz.org.
