How do I book a consultation?

What happens during the consultation?

In the 30 min consultation, we’ll discuss your needs, recommend solutions, and send a tailored proposal with costs and timelines.

How do I confirm a booking?

Once you approve the proposal, I will send you a contract to review and sign. A deposit (£75 non-refundable) or full payment will secure your booking.

What’s the process for workshops or programmes?

After booking, we’ll finalise details like scheduling and logistics. I will deliver the service and check in regularly if it’s ongoing.

Do you offer follow-ups after the service?

Yes! I provide feedback forms and can discuss additional support or services based on your needs.

Can I book a tailored programme for my school/organisation?

Absolutely! Customised programmes can be arranged. Pricing and scheduling will depend on the specific requirements, which will be outlined in a tailored proposal following a consultation.

To secure your chosen date and speaking format, a non-refundable deposit of £75 is required. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 5 working days before the event. For bookings made within 7 days of the event, full payment is required at the time of booking.

I accept payments via bank transfer.

Full payment is required before the commencement of services.

Rescheduling requests will be accommodated wherever possible, subject to availability. Requests must be made if at least 7 days' notice is provided. If you reschedule the session (or additional rescheduling requests) will incur a £25 rescheduling fee.

Cancellation; The £75 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, including event cancellation by the client.

If you cancel with at least 7 days’ notice, any additional payment beyond the deposit will be refunded in full.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, unless under exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

All discussions—especially those related to mental health—will be approached with sensitivity, professionalism, and in line with best safeguarding practices.

Any personal or sensitive information shared with New Pathway Narratives (and/or in partnership of NPNarratives Ltd will be kept strictly confidential and will only be disclosed with written consent, except where there is a legal or safeguarding duty to do so.

Any photos, videos, or recordings from the event featuring Nadine Robinson of New Pathway Narratives & NPNarratives Ltd may not be used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

We reserve the right to capture and share event highlights for promotional purposes, following prior discussion, unless the client has opted out in writing.

By paying the deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this policy.
