Welcome!
Of Passage and Practice was born from 25 years of sitting with people in their hardest moments — in therapy rooms, in leadership consulting, and in the lived experience of navigating change from the inside out. At its heart is one enduring belief: the quality of our lives and our relationships is entirely dependent on how we learn to engage with uncertainty.
This work lives at the intersection of emotional wisdom and practical skill-building and draws on frameworks that hold space for both the science of change and the grief of it. The result is a collection of practices to help you understand why transition feels so disorienting, why growth can feel like loss, and how to move through both with more courage and self-compassion than you thought possible.
These tools do not trade in easy answers. These are tools shaped by someone who has done — and continues to do — her own work. And who has the education and experience to back it up.
Life is a series of transitions and transitions are not a problem to be solved. They are passages to be moved through. And these practices were built for exactly that.
