About Me

I’m Renée, a Jamaican woman living with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) , and I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed by cravings, breakouts, and confusing advice.

Everything changed when I took a food-first approach. Since my diagnosis 8 years ago, I have been managing my PCOS through whole foods, movement, and stress care; not perfection. I conceived my son naturally, got my cycles back on track, and sent most of my symptoms into remission.

Now, I help other women do the same, starting with something as simple as a meal. At PCOS Haven, you will find affordable, realistic hormone-friendly meals and tips rooted in Caribbean ingredients and lived experience.

You are not broken. You just need a plan that works with your body, not against it.
