Rhyan is an award-winning plant-based dietitian and the Phoenix Vegan Dietitian, where she helps people enjoy more plant-based foods through media channels and writing. She is the author of Vegan Slow Cooking for Two and has been featured in Women's Health, Well+Good, Forbes, Food Network, Shape, and more. She has also appeared on local Arizona news channels 12 News and abc15. Rhyan graduated from Arizona State University with a BS in Dietetics and completed her Dietetic Internship at Georgia Southern University.
