2. Products and Descriptions
R3GOLA WORKS develops and supplies digital documentation products, including editable templates, operational records, forms, procedures, checklists, guidance materials and industry-specific toolkits.
Each product listing identifies the applicable edition, included materials, file formats, intended use and relevant limitations.
Food-safety documentation products are intended to assist customers in establishing and maintaining operational documentation systems.
Purchasing, completing or using our products does not automatically establish regulatory compliance, certification, accreditation or approval by any authority.
Customers remain responsible for adapting and implementing the documentation appropriately for their businesses and applicable legislation.
3. Prices, Taxes and Payments
The applicable product price, currency, payment methods, taxes and any compulsory transaction charges must be disclosed before the purchase is completed.
Payments are processed through the relevant authorised sales platform and its supported payment providers.
Any applicable international taxes, currency conversions or payment charges are subject to the transaction details and relevant legislation.
R3GOLA WORKS does not represent that all international transactions have identical tax or payment arrangements.
4. Review and Confirmation of Orders
Before completing a purchase, customers must have a reasonable opportunity to:
- Review the selected products and transaction details.
- Correct mistakes in their order.
- Review the applicable price and compulsory charges.
- Withdraw from the transaction before finally placing the order.
These requirements are recognised under section 43 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECTA).
Nothing in these Terms excludes the statutory remedies arising where applicable transaction requirements have not been satisfied.
5. Digital Delivery
Products are supplied electronically through the applicable sales platform after successful payment confirmation.
Files may be provided as Microsoft Word documents, PDF files, ZIP archives or other formats expressly identified in the product listing.
Physical shipping does not apply to digital-only products.
Delivery normally takes place promptly after successful payment confirmation, subject to payment verification and technical availability.
For additional details, please consult our Digital Delivery & Shipping Policy.
Customers should retain their purchase confirmations and electronic receipts. Assistance with obtaining an order record may be requested using our business contact details.
6. Customer Licences and Intellectual Property
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property, branding or original source materials.
The applicable customer licence, where properly made available and agreed to, establishes the customer's permitted use of the purchased product.
Unless otherwise permitted by the applicable licence or law, our editable documentation products are intended for the purchasing customer's authorised internal business use.
Customers may not independently resell, commercially redistribute, sublicense or publicly distribute original source templates without appropriate permission.
Customers retain their own business information, completed records and other materials to which they are legally entitled.
Any product-specific licence restrictions must be made available before purchase to form part of the applicable transaction agreement.
7. Refunds, Cancellations and Consumer Rights
R3GOLA WORKS does not offer voluntary change-of-mind refunds, discretionary exchanges, store credit or additional voluntary cooling-off periods for digital products.
Downloadable files can ordinarily be retained, copied and reproduced after delivery.
Where the circumstances satisfy section 42(2)(f)(iii) of ECTA, relating to goods that by their nature cannot be returned, the seven-day cooling-off right under ECTA section 44 does not apply.
R3GOLA WORKS relies on that exclusion where legally applicable.
This does not mean that every digital transaction is automatically exempt from statutory cancellation rights.
Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory remedies for defective, missing or materially misdescribed products, or any other statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees and other mandatory international consumer protections remain effective where relevant.
Our Refund & Cancellation Policy provides further information about refund requests, statutory exclusions and customer remedies.
8. Privacy and Information Security
R3GOLA WORKS processes personal information for legitimate business purposes, including customer enquiries, purchase administration, product delivery and support.
Payment platforms and their service providers may process customer information under their own applicable privacy notices and contractual responsibilities.
Customers should not submit passwords, full payment-card numbers or unnecessary confidential business records through general contact forms or email.
Our Privacy Policy describes the personal-information processing for which R3GOLA WORKS is responsible, including relevant customer rights and contact procedures.
9. Customer Support and Complaints
For questions, complaints, product-access difficulties or requests relating to purchased digital products, contact:
Email: r3golaworks@outlook.com
Telephone: 079 698 9122
Please include the product name, sales platform, order reference and a brief description of the issue.
R3GOLA WORKS will review genuine enquiries and complaints fairly and in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
Customers may also use the applicable sales platform's dispute-resolution procedures.
Nothing in these Terms prevents customers from approaching a competent statutory consumer authority or court where legally entitled.
No professional accreditation, trade-association membership or alternative-dispute-resolution code is claimed through these Terms unless separately and accurately disclosed.
10. International Customers and Applicable Law
R3GOLA WORKS operates from South Africa.
South African law provides the general legal framework for our business operations and these Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protections and jurisdictional requirements applicable to a particular transaction.
International purchasers may have rights under the laws applicable to their purchases.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts consumer guarantees, statutory cancellation rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Changes to These Terms
These Terms apply to purchases completed on or after their effective publication date.
R3GOLA WORKS may revise these Terms to reflect operational, legislative or business changes.
Updated Terms apply prospectively to the extent permitted by law.
Earlier purchases remain subject to the applicable agreement and mandatory statutory rights in effect when the transaction was concluded.
