We operate a sliding scale of hire fees for large-scale works, in order to make music-making as affordable as possible to all ensembles.

The Hire Fee is inclusive of the hire for the rehearsals and first public performance by the Orchestra / Ensemble, with a 20% discount offered on any further public performances within a 12-month period directly following the first public performance.

If the Orchestra / Ensemble chooses to include the work in any schools workshops or educational concerts, the Hire Fee for that performance is offered at the Educational Hire Rate (50% discount off Full Hire Fee).
