What Is a Digital Download?

A digital download is a product you receive electronically rather than through the mail.

Once your purchase is complete, you can access your files and use them according to the product instructions.

Depending on what you purchase, your digital product may be:

• Ready-to-Print Files: Download, print, and use as designed.
• Editable Canva Templates: Personalize designated text and details before downloading.
• Animated Invitations: Create or receive a digital invitation featuring movement and animation.
• Event Website Templates: Customize a digital page for your wedding, baby shower, or special event.
• Printable Bundles: Coordinating designs and planning tools packaged together for your celebration.

Each product listing explains exactly what is included and how it works.

Step 1: Choose Your Perfect Design

Browse our collection of party printables, invitations, planning tools, and event templates.

Before purchasing, take a moment to review the product description for important details, including:

• Product dimensions and file formats
• Whether the design is editable or ready to print
• What is included with your purchase
• Any software or account requirements
• Printing or assembly instructions, when applicable

Once you've found the perfect design, add it to your cart and complete checkout.

Step 2: Access Your Purchase

After your payment is successfully completed, you'll be directed to a page where you can access your purchased digital files.

You'll also receive an email containing a link to your purchase.

Helpful Tip: If you don't see your purchase email, check your spam or junk folder. Make sure you're checking the email address used during checkout.

Step 3: Download Your Files

Click the download link to save your purchased files to your computer or compatible device.

Depending on the product, your download may include:

• PDF files for printing
• PNG or JPG image files
• PDF instruction sheets with Canva template links
• Digital invitation files
• Assembly instructions for printable decorations

Some products may contain multiple files.

We recommend saving your downloads in a dedicated folder so you can easily find them when you're ready to prepare for your celebration.

Step 4: Print, Personalize, or Share

How you use your purchase depends on the type of digital product you've selected.

Ready-to-Print Products

Our ready-to-print designs are perfect for customers who want something simple and convenient.

1. Download your purchased file.
2. Open the PDF using a compatible PDF viewer.
3. Select the recommended paper size.
4. Print at home or through a professional printing service.
5. Cut, fold, assemble, or display as directed.

Printing Tip: For the best results, print at 100% or Actual Size unless the product instructions say otherwise. Avoid using Fit to Page for designs that require precise cutting or folding.

For invitations, decorations, favor boxes, and other party stationery, cardstock may provide a sturdier finished product.

Editable Canva Templates

Some of our invitations and event stationery can be personalized using Canva.

1. Download the PDF instruction file included with your purchase.
2. Open the PDF and click the Canva template link.
3. Sign in to your Canva account or create one if needed.
4. Open your copy of the template.
5. Personalize the editable information.
6. Download your completed design in the appropriate format.
7. Print or share your finished design.

Please Note: Not every part of a Canva template is necessarily editable. Some illustrations, decorative elements, and lettering may be part of the original artwork.

Each product description explains which elements can be customized and whether a free Canva account is sufficient.

Animated Invitations

Animated invitations offer a creative way to invite guests to your celebration.

Depending on the product, you may receive an editable animated template or a finished digital invitation.

Follow the instructions included with your purchase to personalize, download, and share your invitation through a compatible digital platform.

Please review the product listing for file formats, editing requirements, and sharing options.

Event Website Templates

Our event website templates are designed to help you share important celebration details in one convenient place.

Depending on the design, your website may include event information, schedules, directions, registry links, photos, or RSVP options.

Each website product will include instructions explaining the platform used, how to customize the template, and how to publish or share your finished website.

Any additional hosting, domain, or third-party service requirements will be explained in the individual product listing.

Helpful Printing Tips

A few simple steps can make a big difference in your finished printables!

Use the recommended paper. Regular printer paper works well for many planning sheets and party games. Cardstock is often better for invitations, signs, favor boxes, and decorations.

Check your printer settings. Make sure the paper size matches your purchased file and select the appropriate print quality.

Print a test page. Before printing multiple copies, print one page to check the colours, size, and layout.

Use the right tools. Scissors, a paper trimmer, glue, double-sided tape, or a scoring tool may be helpful for assembling printable decorations.

Expect slight colour variations. Colours may look different depending on your screen, printer, ink, and paper.
