• Claim TMcKayDesigns designs or illustrations as your own original work.
• Sell printed or digital products created using our designs.

Purchasing a product does not grant commercial resale rights.

4. Canva Templates

Some TMcKayDesigns products include editable templates created using Canva.

Your purchase provides access to the designated template for the permitted use described in the product listing.

You may customize the editable elements for your own personal event.

You may not sell, distribute, share, or transfer the original Canva template link or editable design to another person.

Some decorative elements, illustrations, or lettering may be fixed parts of the design and may not be individually editable.

Canva is a third-party platform, and its own terms, licensing requirements, and service availability also apply.

TMcKayDesigns is not affiliated with or endorsed by Canva.

5. Animated Invitations

Animated invitations may be supplied as editable templates or finished digital files, depending on the product purchased.

You may use your completed invitation to invite guests to your personal event through compatible digital sharing platforms.

You may not resell, redistribute, or offer the editable template or original design files to others.

Event website templates are intended for use in creating a website for your own personal celebration.
