Digital Products & Refunds

All products sold through TMcKayDesigns are digital unless otherwise stated in the individual product description.

Because digital products can be accessed, downloaded, and used immediately after purchase, all digital product sales are generally considered final once the files or templates have been accessed or downloaded.

We do not ordinarily offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

• Changes of mind after purchase.
• Accidental purchases or ordering the wrong product.
• Failure to read the product description or check compatibility requirements.
• Purchasing a product without the necessary software, equipment, or compatible device.
• Minor colour variations between digital previews and printed products.
• Requests for customization or features not included in the original product description.

Editable Canva Templates

Some TMcKayDesigns products include editable Canva templates.

Before purchasing, please review the product description to understand which elements are editable and whether a free or paid Canva account is required.

Refunds are not ordinarily provided because a customer expected additional editing capabilities that were not advertised.

However, if a template link is broken, a file is defective, or the product does not match its description, please contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.

Animated invitations and event website templates are digital products and are generally subject to the same refund policy.
