This licence applies to digital products purchased from Tassie Stay Systems.

SECTION 1 - LICENCE GRANT

After successful payment, the purchasing person or business receives a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use and customise the purchased files for its own internal business operations.

The licence applies to the purchasing business and the accommodation properties it directly owns or operates.

SECTION 2 - PERMITTED USE

The purchaser may:

• download and securely store the files

• create reasonable backup copies

• edit and customise the templates

• print copies for internal business use

• use the documents within its own accommodation operations

• share working documents internally with employees and contractors who require them for that business

Employees and contractors must not use or retain the files for another business or distribute them outside the purchasing business.

SECTION 3 - PROHIBITED USE

The purchaser must not:

• sell, resell, sublicense or redistribute the files

• give the downloadable files to another business or purchaser

• upload the files to a public website, marketplace or shared template library

• package the files as part of another digital product

• use the files to create a competing template collection for sale

• remove ownership notices and claim authorship of the original templates

• provide the source templates to consulting clients or other third parties without written permission

SECTION 4 - OWNERSHIP

Tassie Stay Systems retains ownership of the original templates, wording, formatting, systems and other intellectual property contained in the purchased product.

Purchasing a product grants permission to use it under this licence. It does not transfer copyright or intellectual-property ownership.

The purchaser retains ownership of its own business information and original content entered into the templates.

SECTION 5 - MODIFIED FILES

Customising or modifying a template does not transfer ownership of the underlying original product.

Modified files remain subject to this licence and must not be sold, shared or redistributed as standalone templates.

SECTION 6 - UPDATES

A purchase includes the product version described and supplied at the time of purchase.

We may provide updates at our discretion, but purchasing a product does not guarantee unlimited future updates, additional products or ongoing consulting support.

SECTION 7 - CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

The purchaser is responsible for reviewing and adapting the product for its own operations and applicable requirements.

Our products are general operational resources and are not legal, accounting, taxation, employment, workplace-safety or other professional advice.

SECTION 8 - BREACH OF LICENCE

If the purchaser materially breaches this licence, Tassie Stay Systems may withdraw permission to use the files and request that unauthorised copies be deleted.

This does not limit any other rights or remedies available under applicable law.

SECTION 9 - CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in this licence excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
