About ThaiOnNet
ThaiOnNet provides downloadable Thai language learning materials, including PDF courses, lesson packs and related educational resources. Products may be offered in English or Swedish and in versions with or without Thai alphabet.
Eligibility and Customer Information
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to purchase or download products from this store. You agree to provide accurate contact, billing and payment information during checkout.
Products and Descriptions
We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately. Product images are for presentation purposes, and minor visual differences may occur depending on your device, PDF reader, printer or display settings.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, products are digital downloads. No physical product will be shipped.
Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Payments are processed through Payhip and its supported payment providers. Applicable taxes may be calculated or collected during checkout.
ThaiOnNet may change product prices or promotional offers at any time. A price change will not affect an order that has already been completed.
Digital Delivery
After successful checkout, Payhip normally provides immediate access to the download page and sends a download link to the email address supplied by the customer.
You are responsible for providing a valid email address, maintaining access to it and downloading the files to a suitable device. If you experience a genuine delivery or file problem, contact ThaiOnNet through the store’s Contact page.
Personal-Use License
Unless a product states otherwise, your download is provided under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.
You may:
• Download and store the product on your personal devices
• Print reasonable copies for your own personal learning
• Use the lessons for your individual language practice
You may not:
• Resell, redistribute, upload, publish or publicly share the files
• Give copies or download access to another person
• Include the content in another product, course, membership or website
• Remove or alter copyright notices, watermarks or license information
• Use the content for commercial teaching, organizational training or classroom distribution without written permission
Schools, companies, teachers and organizations must contact ThaiOnNet regarding an appropriate license before distributing or using the materials with multiple learners.
Intellectual Property
All course content, lesson text, layouts, branding, graphics and downloadable materials remain the intellectual property of ThaiOnNet or the relevant rights holder. Purchasing or downloading a product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.
Educational Disclaimer
ThaiOnNet products are educational language-learning materials. Results depend on the learner’s practice, previous knowledge and individual circumstances. We do not guarantee fluency or any particular learning outcome.

Refunds
Refunds and cancellation requests are governed by the separate Digital Product Refund Policy available through this store. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
