  • Basic technical information, such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected through standard website hosting logs

Information from third parties:

  • If you purchase The Trust House through Amazon or another retailer, we do not receive your payment or personal details directly; that transaction is handled entirely by the retailer under their own privacy policy

We do not currently use website analytics tools, email marketing platforms, or advertising cookies. If this changes, we will update this policy.

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to enquiries and schedule consultation calls
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, invoices, and services agreements for corporate training
