Terms and Conditions

Effective date: 19 July 2026 Last updated: 19 July 2026

Welcome to Brand Trust Lab. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of brandtrustlab.store (the "Site") and the products and services we offer: the Trust House corporate training and The Trust House book (together, the "Services").

By accessing the Site, booking a training, or purchasing the book, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase our Services.

1. Who we are

Brand Trust Lab is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Chrissann Thompson, based in Massachusetts, United States. You can contact us at chrissann.thompson@gmail.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book our Services or enter into a contract with us. If you are booking corporate training on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.

3. Our Services

Trust House corporate training. A working session for leadership and management teams, delivered on-site or virtually by Chrissann, founder of Brand Trust Lab and author of The Trust House, for groups of up to 30 leaders and managers. Two formats are available: a 1-Day Intensive and a 2-Day Immersion, each covering the SAFEHOUSE framework, a five-system business audit, and related materials as described on the Site or in your proposal.

The Trust House (book). A textbook available in paperback, hardcover, and Kindle formats, sold through Amazon and other retailers. Purchases made through Amazon or another retailer are subject to that retailer's own terms and payment processing, not ours.

Our Services are educational and advisory in nature. We do not guarantee specific financial, operational, or reputational outcomes from participating in the training or reading the book. Any figures, timelines, or results referenced on the Site (for example, around financial impact within 90 days) are general expectations, not guarantees, and actual results depend on your organisation.

4. Booking and payment (corporate training)

Corporate training is booked directly with us following an initial consultation call. Once you confirm a booking, we will issue an invoice or agreement setting out the price, payment schedule, and delivery date. Current published pricing is $50,000 for the 1-Day Intensive and $75,000 for the 2-Day Immersion; final pricing and scope will be confirmed in your proposal or agreement.

Payment terms (deposit amount, due dates, and accepted payment methods) will be set out in your invoice or services agreement.

5. Cancellations and rescheduling

Training dates are reserved upon receipt of the signed agreement and required deposit. Final headcount and delivery details must be confirmed at least 14 days before the scheduled training date.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. If the client cancels more than 30 days before the training date, the deposit may be transferred to one future date at the provider’s discretion. Cancellations made 15–30 days before the training date forfeit the deposit. Cancellations made fewer than 15 days before the training date are non-refundable, and the full balance remains due.

One reschedule request is allowed with at least 21 days’ written notice, subject to availability. Rescheduled dates must occur within 90 days of the original date unless otherwise approved in writing. Additional rescheduling requests may be subject to an administrative fee or require a new deposit.

Participant substitutions from the same organization are allowed up to 7 days before the training date, provided the final attendee list is updated in advance. No-shows are non-refundable.

If the provider must cancel or postpone due to illness, emergency, weather, or other circumstances beyond control, the client will receive a full refund of any fees paid for the cancelled session or the option to move to a new date.

Book purchases made through Amazon or another retailer are subject to that retailer's own return and refund policies.
