Service providers and disclosure. Payhip hosts the store, checkout, customer/order records, and digital delivery. Stripe processes card payments. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to those providers, professional advisers, or legal/regulatory authorities, or to protect customers, the business, and legal rights. We do not sell customer personal information.

Retention and security. We keep customer and order information only as long as reasonably necessary for delivery, support, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and legal obligations, subject to the records maintained by Payhip and Stripe. We use reasonable safeguards and limit access to legitimate business purposes.
