UNBROKEN products are digital downloads. No physical item is shipped. After a successful purchase, Payhip provides access to the file listed on the product page.

Please review the product description, included files, software requirements, and compatibility notes before purchasing. Because digital products can be accessed or downloaded immediately, we generally do not offer change-of-mind refunds after access has been provided, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

If your download fails, arrives corrupted, will not open as expected, or contains the wrong or missing file, contact us through the store Contact page. Please include the email used for the order, the product name, and a brief description of the problem. Do not send card numbers, banking credentials, passwords, or government identification.

We will first help troubleshoot delivery, provide the correct file or renewed access where appropriate, and confirm any disclosed compatibility requirements. A delivery problem is not automatically treated as a refund request when it can be corrected promptly.

If we confirm that you accidentally purchased the same product twice, we will refund the duplicate charge while keeping one valid purchase in place.

If the purchased file is materially different from the product description, the promised file cannot be supplied, or a verified technical delivery problem cannot be resolved, we will review the order and available remedy based on the circumstances, this policy, Payhip/Stripe records, and applicable law.

A file is not considered defective solely because it is opened in software that the product page does not identify as supported or recommended. For example, Google Sheets, Apple Numbers, mobile spreadsheet apps, and browser-only editors may not preserve every Excel feature. We will still provide reasonable delivery and opening guidance, but compatibility outside the disclosed supported environment is not guaranteed.

These products are self-guided job-search resources. A refund is not available solely because the product did not produce a job, interview, employer response, salary, ATS result, or other outcome that the product page does not promise.

This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law.
