These terms apply to digital products purchased from the UNBROKEN: Get Hired With AI Payhip store, operated by Unbroken Media LLC. By purchasing, downloading, or using a product, you agree to these terms together with the product description, Refund Policy, and applicable platform terms.

Personal-use license. Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased product for your own job search. You may download it, save a reasonable backup, print personal working copies, add your own information, and use your own completed or customized career materials in your applications and professional profiles.

No resale or redistribution. You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, publish, sublicense, copy for another person, or claim the UNBROKEN files or source content as your own product. You may not copy, repackage, or use the Prompt Vault or other UNBROKEN content to create a competing prompt, template, course, workbook, or digital product.

Ownership and your information. Your purchase does not transfer ownership of the underlying UNBROKEN files, designs, written guidance, prompt copy, worksheets, workbook structure, or brand materials. These terms do not claim ownership of your résumé facts, work history, career information, or other original material you lawfully provide. You are responsible for having the right to use and share the information you enter into any tool.

AI and career limitations. UNBROKEN products are self-guided educational and organizational resources. They do not provide legal, financial, recruiting, or individualized career-counseling services and do not guarantee employment, interviews, ATS results, employer responses, salary, hiring timelines, opportunity legitimacy, or AI accuracy. AI output is a draft, not independent verification.

Your responsibility. Use accurate information you can support. Do not fabricate experience, credentials, metrics, references, or work history. Protect sensitive information, review generated content, verify consequential or current claims against reliable sources, and make your own final application, submission, and career decisions.

Third-party tools and compatibility. Payhip, Stripe, Microsoft Excel, PDF readers, AI services, and other third-party tools have their own terms, privacy practices, requirements, and availability. Review the product's file and compatibility information before purchase. Access to third-party software or AI subscriptions is not included unless the product description expressly says otherwise.

Delivery and refunds. Products are digital downloads; no physical item is shipped. Delivery issues and refund requests are handled under the posted Refund Policy and applicable law.
