You may:

• Use the files for your own personal projects
• Print items for yourself or as gifts
• Use the designs for personal social media posts

You may NOT:

• Share the files with others
• Upload the files to any sharing site
• Claim the artwork as your own

⭐ 2. Small Business Commercial Use License (Included With Every Purchase)

This license allows small‑scale physical product sales.

You may:

• Use the designs to create physical products (shirts, cups, stickers, tumblers, prints, etc.)
• Sell up to 500 physical units per design
• Use the designs in your small business shop, vendor events, or online store

You may NOT:

• Sell or share the digital files
• Sell transfers (DTF, sublimation, screen prints) unless you purchase a transfer license
• Use the designs for mass production or manufacturing
• Upload the design to Print‑On‑Demand sites (unless you have a POD license)

⭐ 3. Print‑On‑Demand (POD) License (NOT Included)

A separate POD license is required for:

• Amazon Merch
• Redbubble
• Teespring
• Printify
• Gelato
• Any automated fulfillment platform

Without a POD license, POD usage is strictly prohibited.

⭐ 4. No Digital Resale or Redistribution

You may NOT:

• Resell the digital files
• Give the files away for free
• Bundle the files with your own products
• Upload the files to Canva, Kittl, Creative Fabrica, or any design marketplace
• Share the files in Facebook groups, drives, or chats

This includes altered, recolored, or modified versions of the design.

⭐ 5. Modification Rules

You may:

• Resize, recolor, or add text to the design
• Use the design within your own layout for physical products

You may NOT:

• Claim the modified design as your original work
• Use modifications to bypass licensing rules
• Sell the modified digital file

⭐ 6. Prohibited Uses

The following are strictly forbidden:

• Trademarking any Vibing Creations design
• Using the artwork in logos or branding
• Using the artwork in illegal, hateful, or harmful content
• Uploading designs to AI training datasets

⭐ 7. Copyright Ownership

All designs, graphics, templates, and digital products are the intellectual property of Vibing Creations.

Purchasing a license does not transfer copyright.

Vibing Creations retains:

• Full ownership
• Full copyright
• Full reproduction rights

⭐ 8. License Revocation

Vibing Creations reserves the right to revoke licenses if:

• Files are misused
• Terms are violated
• Designs are redistributed or stolen

Legal action may be taken for copyright infringement.
