Unauthorized File Sharing

We do not support:

  • Requests for free replacements due to lost files
  • Re‑sending files shared with others
  • File recovery for deleted downloads

4. Replacement Files

We will resend files if:

  • You purchased the product
  • You can provide proof of purchase
  • The files are still available in our shop

We do not resend files for:

  • Purchases made under a different email
  • Files lost due to device failure
  • Shared or transferred files

5. Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final.

Refunds are only considered in cases of:

  • Corrupted files we cannot fix
  • Wrong file delivered due to our error
