Explain how customers receive their files.

Include:

  • Instant download after purchase
  • Email confirmation
  • What to do if files don’t show up
  • File formats included (PNG, JPG, PDF, ZIP, etc.)
  • No physical items shipped

4. Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy

This protects your brand and your original work.

Include:

  • All designs are owned by your business
  • Unauthorized distribution is prohibited
  • Customers cannot claim designs as their own
  • Legal action may be taken for copyright violations

5. Privacy Policy

Required if you collect any customer information.

Include:

  • What data you collect (email, name, payment info)
  • How you use it (orders, marketing, support)
  • How you protect it
  • Third‑party services (Shopify, Etsy, PayPal, Stripe, etc.)

6. Terms of Use / Terms & Conditions

This is the “big umbrella” policy.

Include:

  • Purchase agreement
  • User responsibilities
  • Prohibited actions
  • Limitation of liability
  • Age requirements
  • Governing law

7. Support & Contact Policy

Tell customers how to reach you and what to expect.

Include:

  • Response time (24–48 hours)
  • Support email
  • What issues you can help with (downloads, access, file issues)
  • What you cannot help with (editing tutorials, custom designs unless offered)

8. Storefront & Social Media Conduct Policy

Useful if you run a Facebook group or community.

Include:

  • No harassment or disrespect
  • No sharing purchased files
  • No promoting other businesses
  • Purchase requirements (like your “1 purchase per month” rule)
