All products sold by Vibing Creations are digital downloads, delivered instantly after purchase. Because digital files cannot be returned, all sales are final.

Once the files are sent, the sale is complete.

We do not exchange one product for another or swap files after purchase.

A refund may be issued only if:

• You accidentally purchased the same item twice
• You received the wrong file due to a system error
• Your file is corrupted and cannot be opened (and we cannot fix it)

Proof may be required.

• Make sure your device can open ZIP, PNG, JPG, or PDF files
