How do I care for my jewelry?
Our jewelry pieces are created with a wide range of metals including stainless steel, sterling silver, copper, zirconium and zinc alloys. To ensure your pieces withstand the test of time, please note the following considerations:
Cleaning instructions:
001 Pieces made of stainless steel, zirconium or both can be cleaned with Luke warm water (not more than 30°C) and wiped dry with the provided jewelry cleaning cloth. Do not brush or scrub your jewelry.
002 Pieces made of sterling silver, copper, zinc alloys or any metal other than stainless steel and zirconium should be cleaned regularly using a soft, dry cloth. Sterling silver, copper and zinc alloys are inorganic compounds that oxidize when exposed to different environmental conditions such as humidity, cosmetics, natural acids of the skin, salty air and elements such as chlorine and sulphur. You should not expose the jewelry pieces made from these metals to water including chlorinated water, ocean water and sweat. Exposure will cause damage.
Pieces made of a mixture of stainless steel and copper should be cared for in the way specified in cleaning instructions 002.
Care instructions:
Ensure your piece is stored in the pouch or box provided at purchase to avoid scratches and debris.
Store each piece separately to avoid abrasion caused by other jewelry.
Protect your piece from external shock, temperatures above 50°C, harsh chemicals such as acids and blenders as this can affect the setting and its performance capabilities.
We strongly recommend applying fragrances, sunscreen or other cosmetics before wearing your jewelry, allowing sufficient drying time to avoid direct contact.
