Return & Exchange Policy (Applicable to all customers excluding faulty merchandise).

Merchandise in new, unused and perfect re-saleable condition, with all protective materials in place, as well as the original Zircon Official Store pouch or box, and all other accessories (including jewelry cleaning cloth, display card and Mylar bags) may be exchanged or returned for a full refund within twenty-five (25) days from the original purchase date except for earrings.


For example, anklets must be returned with the exact same number of links as in the original delivery package. Zircon Official Store reserves the right not to accept any return if the Merchandise shows signs of wear, or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way.


If you have received free items (referred to as 'freebies') as part of your order, they must be returned with the Merchandise.


A refund of the original purchase price may only be made in the same form of payment as the original purchase.


Delivery charges are non-refundable.


Earrings, custom items (e.g. engraved bracelets) and clearance items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded, except for faulty merchandise.


We are not responsible for any allergic reactions that may occur during the wear of our Merchandise. You, the customer, are responsible for reading all product details to ensure that the item is made of a material that is agreeable with and will not aggravate any health conditions you may have.
