Return & Exchange Policy: Faulty Merchandise

 If any Merchandise you ordered has developed a fault within twenty-five (25) days after the original purchase date, you have more than one form of recourse available to you, depending on when you make us aware of the problem and the type of damage you will be able to have your item repaired or replaced.


You should inform us immediately upon noticing the damage with either a photo or video.


Zircon Official Store is not responsible for damage caused as a result of failure to adhere to our care guidelines; you are strongly advised to read our Jewelry Care Guidelines for more information on how to care for your piece. Additionally, Zircon Official Store is not responsible for damages caused as a result of attempted modification, repair, improper usage, tarnishing or ordinary wear and tear.


Zircon Official Store reserves the right to refuse returns which do not meet our criteria.


Items that have developed a fault beyond the twenty-five (25) day period cannot be exchanged or returned, they may be repaired; depending on the nature of the damage for a nominal fee.
