Rome and Carthage are racing toward Sicily.

Build boats, cross the sea, gather Help, survive Hazards, make tactical choices, meet rival forces on the shared route, and fight for control of the island. The first side whose pawn legally reaches or passes Control of Sicily wins.

RACE FOR SICILY is a historical strategy and tactical racing game set against the First Punic War. It combines planning, timing, cards, dice, teamwork, and direct competition.

BASE GAME

The Base Game is a complete game for exactly 2 or 4 players.

There is no 3-player mode in the Base Game alone.

WHAT YOU NEED AT HOME

• A printer or access to a local print service
• A4 or US Letter paper
• Scissors or a craft knife and a safe cutting surface
• Tape or glue as needed
• Three ordinary six-sided dice (D6)
• Optional: cardstock, opaque card sleeves, spare cards, a corner rounder, or lamination

No custom dice or manufactured pawns are required. Printable pawn substitutes are included in the appropriate package files.

PRINTING

Choose the A4 or US Letter files that match your paper size.

Print and measure the included calibration page before printing the full game. Select 100% or Actual Size and turn off Fit to Page, Shrink Oversized Pages, and automatic scaling.

Follow the included instructions for board assembly, card printing, double-sided Player Aids, printable pawn substitutes, and supported simplex or duplex printing.

Complete Collection customers should begin with the included collection Start Here file and then follow the Base Game and expansion instructions in order.

Full-color printing is recommended.
