PERSONAL-USE LICENSE

1. LICENSE GRANT

When you purchase a digital product from the AVIHD store, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the purchased files for personal household use only.

You do not purchase ownership of the digital files, artwork, maps, rules, layouts, product names, trademarks, or other intellectual property.

2. PERMITTED PERSONAL USE

You may:

Download the purchased files to your own personal devices.

Create reasonable backup copies for your own use.

Print the files at home for use by your own household.

Use a local print service solely to produce personal copies for you.

Assemble and play the game with members of your household, family members, and invited friends.

Make minor technical adjustments that are reasonably necessary for personal printing, such as selecting the appropriate paper size, printer scale, margins, or duplex-printing settings.

3. PRINT-SERVICE USE

You may provide the files to a local print service only for the purpose of producing personal copies for you.

The print service must not:

Retain the files after completing your order.

Add the files to a catalogue or customer library.

Reuse the files for another customer.

Sell, share, upload, distribute, or commercially exploit the files.

You remain responsible for selecting a trustworthy print service and for instructing it to delete the files after completing the print order.

4. PRODUCT AND EXPANSION REQUIREMENTS

The Race for Sicily Base Game is the core product.

Expansion 1 — Reinforcements requires the Base Game.

Expansion 2 — Battle for Sicily requires the Base Game.

The Optional 36-space High-Action Map is included with Expansion 2 and with packages that expressly include Expansion 2.

The Complete Collection includes the Base Game and both expansions.

Purchasing an expansion does not grant access to the Base Game unless the product description expressly states that the Base Game is included.

5. PROHIBITED SHARING AND DISTRIBUTION

You may not:

Share the digital files or download links with another person or household.

Forward the files by email, messaging service, cloud storage, or file-transfer service.

Upload the files to social media, websites, forums, online communities, file-sharing services, public drives, marketplaces, or repositories.

Sell, resell, sublicense, rent, lend, gift, or distribute the files.

Provide printed copies to another household as a substitute for that household purchasing its own license.

Include the files in another digital or physical product.

Distribute modified, translated, cropped, recolored, reformatted, or derivative versions of the files.

6. PROHIBITED COMMERCIAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL USE

This license does not permit commercial or institutional use.

Without prior written permission, you may not use the product for:

Commercial events.

Paid play sessions.

Products offered for resale.

Print-on-demand services.

Retail or wholesale distribution.

Commercial demonstrations.

Business promotions.

Clubs, schools, classrooms, libraries, camps, organizations, associations, or institutions.

Public events or recurring organized activities.

A separate written license may be required for commercial, educational, library, club, or institutional use.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All rights not expressly granted under this license are reserved.

AVIHD branding, product names, artwork, rules, maps, layouts, text, visual elements, and other protected materials remain the property of their respective rights holder.

You may not:

Remove, conceal, or alter copyright notices, credits, watermarks, ownership statements, or AVIHD branding.

Claim ownership or authorship of any part of the product.

Register or attempt to register any included name, mark, design, artwork, or substantially similar material.

Use the product or its components to create a competing commercial product.

8. MODIFICATIONS

You may make only minor changes required for personal printing or assembly.

You may not distribute any modified version.

Permission to alter a file for personal printing does not grant ownership of the altered file and does not create a new independent work that may be sold, shared, or distributed.

9. BACKUP AND DOWNLOAD ACCESS

You are responsible for downloading the purchased files and keeping a secure personal backup.

Future access to a customer account or download link is not a substitute for maintaining your own backup.

Do not store the files in a publicly accessible folder or shared drive.

10. REFUNDS

If a full refund is issued for a product, your license to use that product ends.

After receiving a full refund, you must:

Stop using the product.

Delete all digital copies in your possession or control.

Stop printing additional copies.

Stop using printed copies created from the refunded files, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

11. TERMINATION

This license may terminate automatically if you materially breach its terms.

Upon termination, you must stop using the affected product and delete unauthorized digital copies.

Termination does not limit any other rights or remedies available to the rights holder.

12. NO TRANSFER

This license is granted only to the original purchaser.

It may not be transferred, assigned, inherited, resold, or sublicensed without prior written permission.

13. MANDATORY LEGAL RIGHTS

Nothing in this license excludes or limits consumer rights or other legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
