1. ABOUT THIS STORE
This online store is operated under the trading name AVIHD by Avraham Dadashev, a sole proprietor based in Israel (“AVIHD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

AVIHD is an online-only digital business. No customer visits, local pickup, cash payments, physical stock, or in-person service are available at this address.
These Terms of Service apply to your use of this store and to every purchase made through it.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS
By accessing this store, placing an order, or downloading a purchased product, you agree to these Terms of Service, the Refund Policy, the Privacy Policy, and the Personal-Use License available in this store.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not place an order or download any product.
3. DIGITAL PRODUCTS ONLY
All products sold through this store are digital downloads.
No physical product will be manufactured, packaged, delivered, or shipped to you.
Product images showing printed boards, cards, pawns, dice, or other game components are demonstrations of how the downloadable files may look after printing and assembly. Physical components shown in photographs are not included.
4. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND EXPANSION REQUIREMENTS
The applicable product page describes the files, formats, player count, and content included with each purchase.
Unless the product page expressly states otherwise:
Expansion 1 — Reinforcements requires the Race for Sicily Base Game.
Expansion 2 — Battle for Sicily requires the Race for Sicily Base Game.
The Complete Collection includes the Base Game and both expansions.
The Optional High-Action Map is included only with Expansion 2 and packages that expressly include Expansion 2.
You are responsible for reading the full product description and confirming that the selected product is appropriate for your intended player count and use before completing your purchase.
5. DELIVERY AND DOWNLOAD ACCESS
After successful payment, the purchased files will normally be made available through a download page, purchase email, or customer account.
You are responsible for providing a valid email address and for maintaining access to that address.
If you do not receive access to your files, receive an incomplete download, or encounter a corrupted file, contact us promptly at AVIHDcontact@gmail.com. We will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide a working replacement file.
6. IMMEDIATE SUPPLY OF DIGITAL CONTENT
By completing a purchase and requesting immediate access to the digital files, you expressly consent to the supply of the digital content beginning immediately after payment.
Where applicable law permits, you acknowledge that your statutory right to withdraw from or cancel the purchase may end once access to, or downloading of, the digital content begins.
This clause does not limit any mandatory legal rights you may have where digital content is faulty, corrupted, unavailable, materially different from its description, or otherwise does not meet applicable legal requirements.
7. PERSONAL-USE LICENSE
Each purchase grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the purchased files for personal household use only.
You may:
Download the files to your personal devices.
Create reasonable printed copies for use by your own household.
Play the game with family members and invited friends.
Use a local print service solely to produce personal copies on your behalf, provided that the service does not retain, reuse, sell, share, or distribute the files.
Make minor adjustments that are reasonably necessary for personal printing and assembly.
Your purchase does not transfer ownership of the files, artwork, rules, maps, designs, trademarks, or other intellectual property.
8. PROHIBITED USES
You may not:
Share, forward, upload, publish, or distribute the digital files or download links.
Provide copies to another household or purchaser.
Resell, sublicense, rent, lend, or commercially exploit the files or printed components.
Upload the files to file-sharing websites, cloud libraries, social networks, online marketplaces, print-service catalogues, or public repositories.
Use the files for commercial events, paid play sessions, resale products, clubs, classrooms, libraries, institutions, businesses, or other organizational use without prior written permission or a separate applicable license.
Remove or obscure copyright notices, AVIHD branding, credits, or ownership information.
Claim ownership or authorship of any part of the product.
Use the files, artwork, rules, maps, layouts, or designs to produce or distribute a competing or derivative commercial product.
Distribute modified versions of the files.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All copyrights, trademarks, designs, artwork, text, rules, maps, layouts, product names, branding, and other intellectual property associated with AVIHD and Race for Sicily remain the property of their respective rights holder.
Purchasing a product gives you permission to use it only within the limits of the applicable license. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
10. PRINTING AND ASSEMBLY
You are responsible for obtaining the equipment and materials required to use the digital product, including a compatible device, PDF or ZIP software, printer access, paper, cutting tools, and any separately required common game components.
Printed colors, dimensions, margins, and image quality may vary depending on your printer, paper, software, scaling settings, and print service.
Unless a product expressly states otherwise, print files should be printed using the settings and scale described in the included instructions.
AVIHD is not responsible for printing or assembly errors caused by incorrect customer settings, incompatible equipment, third-party print services, or materials selected by the customer.
Adult supervision is recommended when children use cutting tools or assemble printed game components.
11. PAYMENTS, CURRENCY, AND TAXES
Payments are processed through the payment providers made available at checkout.
An order is complete only after payment has been successfully authorized and confirmed.
Prices, applicable taxes, and any currency conversion will be displayed or calculated through the checkout process where applicable.
Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may charge additional currency-conversion, international-transaction, or payment-processing fees. Those third-party charges are outside our control.
12. REFUNDS AND LEGAL REMEDIES
Refund requests are governed by the Refund Policy available in this store and by any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply to the transaction.
Because the products are digital and are normally made available immediately after payment, a change of mind after access or download does not automatically entitle the purchaser to a refund.

You were charged more than once for the same order.
You did not receive the purchased files.
The supplied files are corrupted and cannot be replaced through a new download.
You received a materially different product from the one described.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. SUPPORT, CORRECTIONS, AND UPDATES
We may provide corrected or updated versions of purchased files when necessary.
A purchase does not automatically include future expansions, substantially revised editions, new products, commercial-use licenses, or additional content unless the relevant product description expressly states otherwise.
You are responsible for keeping a secure backup of your downloaded files.
14. ACCOUNT AND STORE MISUSE
You must not interfere with the operation or security of the store, attempt unauthorized access, use false payment information, commit fraud, or use the store in violation of applicable law.
We may suspend access to a product or terminate a license where there is evidence of fraud, unauthorized redistribution, payment reversal, chargeback abuse, infringement, or another material breach of these Terms.
Termination does not permit continued use or retention of unauthorized copies.
15. DISCLAIMER
The products are supplied as digital print-and-play entertainment and educational materials.
While reasonable care is taken in preparing and testing the files, no guarantee is made that every printer, device, software application, print service, paper type, or assembly method will produce identical results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the products are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated on the product page or required by applicable consumer law.
16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AVIHD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or commercial losses arising from the use or inability to use a product.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, or mandatory consumer rights.
17. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without preventing a consumer from relying on mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply in the consumer’s country of residence.
Any dispute should first be submitted to AVIHDcontact@gmail.com so that the parties can attempt to resolve it directly and in good faith.
18. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms to reflect legal, technical, operational, or product changes.
The version applicable to a purchase is normally the version made available at the time the order was placed, except where a later change is required by law or provides additional protection to the customer.
