·       Wastage after packaging, in grams and as a % of the total formula

·       Notes on any adjustments made to the formula itself, version by version

The formula sheet itself is built to contract manufacturer standard, with input fields for the batch number of every ingredient used, and initials for the person weighing and adding each one, so your documentation is audit ready and traceable, not just a personal notes file.
