General Preparation is an important part of your Strength & Conditioning programme. It will act as either a perfect introduction to strength and power training or a re-introduction following some downtime from your previous season.

A golfer requires a multi-faceted programme to develop specific mobility, strength and power qualities. This non-gym programme will get the full body moving and working appropriately before you embark on strength and power development programmes respectively.

This is a 6-8 week programme. 

We are a private strength & conditioning company, headed up by an accredited S&C coach. We have worked with a broad range of athletes from amateur through to commonwealth and professional standard. We are committed to athlete development.
