Strength is a huge part of being a golfer. Strength is having the ability to drive a ball further, to control the entire swing phase, to limit fatigue around the course and perform at your optimal level. This programme will help strengthen muscles, tendons and ligaments in a non gym environment.

The stronger you are, generally the more robust you are, meaning you are less susceptible to injuries.

It is suggested the programme should be done 2-3 times a week for 8 weeks.

We are a private strength & conditioning company, headed up by an accredited S&C coach. We have worked with a broad range of athletes from amateur through to commonwealth and professional standard. We are committed to athlete development.
